Ready Builder One is a business club for teenagers. Playground is its main class, where anyone can come and build as much as they like.

A club for teenagers who find their mission, then build their own service to carry it out.

Why this club

Anyone can now build a service of their own. Almost anything you can imagine can be made with AI tools, and for free.

And yet it is strange. Everyone seems to have a project or two, but few people keep going.

The reason is simple: they build without a direction. Work started without a mission gets swept away by the flood of information and trends.

Ready Builder One changes the order.

  1. First, find your mission. What kind of problem do you want to be the one to solve?
  2. Then build your own service that carries out that mission.

We believe this is the only order that lasts.

The three-month roadmap: what your child holds at the end

MonthWhat they make
Month 1Mission statement and service plan: one page that says “this is the problem I solve”
Month 2Service MVP: a real thing built with free AI tools (a web page, a content channel, a product and so on)
Month 3Launch and first response: put it out into the world and meet the first visitors, followers and customers

After launch

Launching is a beginning, not an end. After it you keep climbing a level ladder: first users, running and improving, then a second service. As long as your child keeps going, the way up stays open.

How each week runs

  • A 90-minute live class once a week: a 30-minute lesson, 40 minutes of open coaching (real members’ work, coached in front of everyone) and 20 minutes of Q&A
  • A weekly mission with feedback: hand something in every week, get feedback every week
  • Community: where questions, assignments and launch news collect
  • A portfolio page for every student: progress, work and level are recorded, and parents can check it at any time
  • A monthly growth report and a monthly showcase: members who launched that month present their work (parents are welcome)
  • Miss a live class and the full recording (VOD) is there to watch

Who teaches

Stein Choi (Wonseok Choi)

A working entrepreneur who founded and runs three companies in Korea and the US: an AI education platform, an AI character SaaS and an AI website builder.

I believe the only people with the right to say “go on, start” are the ones who are still starting things. The person who teaches is the person who does it.

Who this club is for

  • Students frustrated because they do not know what they want to do
  • Students who have an idea but do not know where to begin
  • Students who want to find their own reason for why they study
